Singaporean author and art curator Rosalind Lim (pen name Mira Ros), has launched the AHA Workshop Series, an experiential programme built around her philosophy of alignment, heart and awareness.
With the first session set for April 17 at Guoco Midtown, the workshop draws from her memoir, Your One Precious Life, which traces her awakening after a major stroke at age 73.
“At a time when many people feel disconnected or overwhelmed, the AHA Workshop offers a space to reconnect — with oneself and with the deeper meaning of life. It’s about aligning our inner world with how we live every day,” said Lim.
From philosophy to practice
The AHA Workshops are designed as moments of pause and reflection, with a focus on three ideas: cultivating awareness beyond habitual thinking, reconnecting with the heart through compassion and presence, and realigning choices with clarity and purpose.
The sessions are structured around Lim’s own recovery and awakening, turning insight into practical experience.
They are part of a wider AHA Movement centred on conscious living through community, dialogue and creative formats. Future plans include AI-supported learning platforms and global collaborations.
At the centre of it all is Lim’s first book Your One Precious Life, which is available on Amazon in digital and print editions for S$11.95 and S$35.82 respectively.
