Ugreen 55W fast charging power bank 10000mAh review: My everyday power companion

I’ve been using the Ugreen 10,000 mAh 55W power bank for a while now and it is now my go‑to everyday charger. Being card-size, I love how portable and lightweight it is. This nifty power bank slips easily into even a small bag without adding noticeable bulk (about two tissue packet size in height). Despite the compact size, it still packs enough capacity to comfortably get me through a busy day of photo-taking, calls, and streaming without worry – it can fully charge my iPhone 16 Pro about 1.5 times.

Light and perfect for travelling

The built‑in USB‑C cable is a HUGE convenience because it is two‑way, handling both input and output. That means I can use the same cable to charge my phone, iPad, or MacBook Pro, and then just plug that same cable into a wall charger to recharge the power bank itself. Not needing to bring extra cables cuts down on clutter and makes it perfect for trips and commuting. It also has two other output ports – USB-C (55W max) and a USB-A (33W) which makes it easy for me to connect my other devices too.

Two additional ports available for charging

I also really appreciate the attachment strap on the side of the power bank. It makes it easy to loop around my fingers when I am walking or moving around, so I can hold my phone and power bank together securely in one hand without having to worry about dropping the power bank. This small design detail adds a lot of comfort and practicality when I am on the go – you can customise it and add a longer strap if you’d like too! If you’re one who uses cross-body phone straps, you may be able to hang it on the strap for easy movement.

Large LED display when to see power output

The large LED display is another standout feature. It shows the remaining battery percentage as well as the real‑time power output, which helps me see whether a device is fast charging or just charging at a normal rate. I own a few other Ugreen power banks that are also amazing in their own ways, such as offering MagSafe charging, but this one is definitely my current everyday favourite simply because of its portability and practicality.

The only shortcoming for me is that it is not CCC‑approved, which might matter if you are flying domestically in China.

Overall, this is a fantastic, lightweight power bank that combines speed, convenience, and smart design, and I’m very happy with it for everyday carry and travel. Also, if you happen to own a Xiaomi device that supports fast charging, you’d be happy to know that this powerbank supports up to 55W charging.

You can purchase the Ugreen 55W Fast Charging Power Bank 10000mAh on their online store or on Shopee for S$59.99.
